Judy Wright , Principal is a human resources professional with more than 20 years experience working for fortune 500 companies supporting their core business initiatives. Her core competency is end to end project management specifically related to organizational start-up and restructuring. Throughout her career, she has acquired functional skills and knowledge in compliance, policy development, employee relations, talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation and benefits administration. She holds a Bachelors degree in Management and a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Relations.
Judy's analytical approach to resolving complex and sensitive issues has allowed her to remain objective by providing advice based on what is best for the business and the people involved. As a valued business partner, she can be relied upon to meet the needs of the clients, while always maintaining a high degree of professsionalism and integrity.
